Something on a venue’s page is wrong.

Open the venue in the app, scroll to the bottom and tap Suggest an edit. It opens an email to us with the venue’s details already filled in. Add what’s changed and send it.

I run a venue. How do I update our page?

Tap Do you run this venue? on its page, or email us from your venue’s address. Tell us what’s changed: hours, door policy, accessibility, a move, a closure.

A place I know isn’t on the map.

Email us its name and neighborhood. We add places only once we can confirm they’re open and queer, or welcoming to queer people, so it may take a while.

The map doesn’t show where I am.

Tap the locate button and allow location when asked. If you said no earlier, turn it on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Alt—Out and choose While Using the App. Alt—Out works without your location too; you just won’t see the blue dot or distances.

I found a bug.

Tap Report a bug on any venue page, or email us. Tell us what you did, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot helps.

No. There are no accounts and no sign-in. See our privacy policy for what is and isn’t collected.
